Write names exactly as on your certificate. English names are saved in CAPITAL letters.
List your latest exam first. Fill at least one row.
Course fee Tk 5,000 — pay Tk 1,000 at admission. Choose how you will pay.
Any amount is accepted (part payment). Later you can see what you paid and what is due on the “Fees & instalments” page and pay the next instalment there.
Submit the application, then bring your documents and pay in cash at the office. Take a receipt.
